Happy weekend, happy April, and happy April Fools Day! How has your weekend been so far? Last night Matt and I did something very out of character: we actually went out on a Friday night. (No, this is not an April Fools joke.) We went, you guessed it... SALSA DANCING. (No one guessed that.) Well, we attempted salsa dancing at least. (Also not an April Fools joke.) We may not have great rhythm, but we tried. And that is what matters most. Or so they say. 💃

As grateful as I am that it is officially springtime, I can't lie - I am going to miss boots in the coming months. Every year around this time I realize as the days grow warmer, the chances to wear my beloved ankle booties begins to diminish. That's okay though. Longer, sunnier days in place of fall shoes seems like a pretty fair trade to me.
