Beauty Breakdown: At-Home Spa Day with InstaNatural & HASK
Hi there! Is there anyone else out there whose skin, hair (and soul) are just being totally wrecked by the dry winter air? I know, I know. I can't truly complain, because the coldest it gets in Phoenix is, like, 50 degrees. BUT, just hear me out: this desert air is as dry as it comes -- and it absolutely ravages my skin and hair. Therefore, I feel it's necessary to have a variety of at-home spa treatments to get you through these cold months. That is why I am sharing two of my favorite brands with you all today to help combat that winter skin wreckage. After all, we totally deserve to slip on a comfy PJ set & a robe, put on some cozy socks, and partake in a little bit of self pampering during the holidays, ya?
1.) I personally like to start my own at-home spa experience by drawing a relaxing bubble bath.
(I'll also add in Epsom salt with lavender to make the bath even more soothing!)
2.) During the bath, I like to add to the relaxation with a facial, such as the one I did in this post here.
3.) Also during the bath/facial combo, I prefer to further continue the multitasking by giving my hair the royal treatment. The key to this part of the spa treatment, for me though, is a hair mask like this one from HASK. I just love how luxurious it makes my hair feel!
[All of these products pictures above, including the deep conditioning mask, are formulated with Macadamia Oil, are free of sulfates & parabens, and smell amazing!]
4.) Finally, after washing off both masks with warm water and patting dry, I'll treat my skin with InstaNatural products. This helps to seal in all of the moisture from the face mask and leaves me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to face the winter air!
[Tip: use your ring finger when applying the eye gel and serum to ensure that you don't put too much pressure on the delicate surrounding skin.]

What are some of your beauty secrets to get you through the winter months? I definitely find myself self-pampering more than usual this time of year. My skin is just so sensitive that I have to take extra-special care of it, so please feel free to share your dry skin favorites too. (I also suffer from eczema, so if you have any personal pointers or remedies, please let me know - thank youuu!)
