Down the Line: Striped Tee + Shorts + Wedges

Hello there!  Did anyone else notice it's already the 23rd of August?  Seriously, when did it get to be late August?  Life is just flyin' by, I swear!  But that just means we're having the time of our lives, right?  (Since ya know, "Time flies when you're having fun" and all that)  And speaking of fun, last weekend Matt and I took a road trip up to Las Vegas with some of our friends.  It was the perfect 36 hour vacation.  It also allowed us to get out of the 117 degree heat (!) of Phoenix... and instead enjoy 109 degrees in Nevada. Hey - when it's this hot, I'll take even a few degrees cooler!

Can we just take a moment to say thanks for the color combination of black and white?  Whenever I am at a loss (or am feeling super lazy when picking out an outfit), I can always count on good ol' B&W -- any season, any day, any time.  Ahhh, sweet, sweet simplicity.
