California Cool: Leather Jacket + Tank + Skinnies + Ankle Boots

Hey there!  I'm back from our long weekend trip to San Diego, armed with my very first outfit post of 2015!  We had such a fun time staying with our friend, who lives in Pacific Beach, right by the coast.  Matt and I took the pups with us, so we spent many an hour walking around the cute neighborhoods, checking out the local food scene and taking in the fantastic views.  We really, truly adore San Diego and hope to move there one day in the future.  I mean, who doesn't love Southern Californian weather?!

How have the first six days of your new year been?  Are you sticking to your resolutions, if you made any?  I don't really make resolutions, but just like a large portion of Americans, I am trying to loose ten pounds (leftover from our European vacation).  We ate and ate and ate our way around the Mediterranean, which was amazing, of course -- but along with all those carbs (and cheese on everything... oh yeah, and crepes... and gelato...) came a few added lbs.  Time to get rid of them in 2015!
