I Heart Wrap Dresses: Printed Dress + Ankle Booties [& a Giveaway!]

Is there a better item of clothing than a pair of booties?  I mean, they are just the best "go to" piece you can have in your closet, in my humble opinion.  I stole borrowed these from my mom (we found them for $3.50 -- seriously -- at Target earlier this summer and I've been hankerin' to wear them ever since) and plan to steal borrow them again and again.  I love them with just about anything, but I really can't get enough of them with a simple, chic wrap dress.  The combination of two classic pieces in one outfit is a-okay in my book!
