New York City Recap

I'm baaaack.

Hi guys!  I got back late from New York on Wednesday night after my flight from LaGuardia to Tampa kept getting delayed [I was supposed to be back in Florida at 7:15pm, but that is when we ended up leaving- bah humbug].  I have to say though, I totally get why people are obsessed with NYC!  It was such an amazing trip, filled with sightseeing and my BFF making me laugh (annnnd watching some old Laguna Beach episodes late at night).  We went to the top of the Empire State Building, Bryant Park, the NYC Public Library, a rock climbing gym and pizza place in Brooklyn, Times Square, The Village, Central Park, etc... we fit a lot into my 5 day trip, and I cannot wait to go back to visit again!

I have really dumb luck... and while at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, I managed to stick my hand in a pile of FRESH BIRD POOP.  [Only me.]

We went to Magnolia Bakery a couple of times- SO YUMMO!

My rock climbing harness looked like a G-String.  You can disregard that if you want.

 

There was a huge screen in Times Square.  You can check us out in the top right corner.  I look the prettiest [with my center part bangs & puckered face], obviously.

Now I am back home in Florida, recovering from a horrible sore throat and cough.  My body didn't appreciate the lack of sleep and cold weather from the past week, but it sure was worth it!  I already miss my best friend and am so excited to come back to visit again :)
